Coaching

I am a trained coach working with Gestalt psychology and symbolic modelling to support you to be more fully and creatively alive, to become free from the blocks that might inhibit growth, and support you to experiment with new ways of being.

I can work with you to support specific aspects of your life, career or creative practice through targeted, action-oriented coaching. These focused sessions help you overcome immediate challenges and achieve concrete goals in your life and work.

I am an experienced facilitator helping groups work together effectively to achieve their shared goals and stay present with what’s emerging in the here-and-now.

Rather than getting stuck in abstract planning or past conflicts, I work with the live energy and dynamics showing up in the room.

I support groups to stay engaged and authentic in their contributions. I can help explore how different perspectives, roles, and relationships contribute to both challenges and solutions. This approach reveals hidden resources and helps identify points where small shifts can create meaningful change across the entire group.

I can support spaces where people can express their needs, concerns, and ideas without judgment or defensiveness. To practice distinguishing between observations and interpretations, helping group members hear each other’s underlying needs rather than getting caught in positions. To build empathy and understanding necessary for genuine collaboration where groups can move beyond surface-level discussion into generative dialogue.
